We work with major carriers globally and depending on where you are, your order may be shipped by USPS, DHL, FedEx or your local post authority.
Our normal processing times are 2-3 days. Due to the impact of COVID-19, this will also be delayed by about 5-7 days and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, our team is working extremely hard to ship your orders one after another, and we will update you with full tracking details as soon as your item is ready for dispatch. We will also keep constantly updating you on the status of your order once a week, and notify you of any further possible delays which we hope won't happen. There is absolutely nothing that you need to do on your end, we are taking care of everything.
