Shipping & Orders

When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the (free) delivery require our team a delay of 7 to 21 working days, on average 15, exceptionally more depending on the events (Covid, postal congestion of the Christmas holidays, etc. .).

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

For the sake of economy and a smaller ecological footprint, our carriers work by groupage and we have little control over their schedule for picking up goods from our warehouses.

How much is shipping ?

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free (excluding French overseas departments and territories).

Why is my packaging so minimal ?

We cannot offer free delivery without maximum savings on packaging. We therefore reduce them to what is strictly necessary.

This also allows us (and you) to have a smaller ecological footprint:

Less packaging, cardboard, polystyrene = less wasted resources and polluting waste.

Over-packaging is one of the scourges of our time.

My order is not complete

If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, all of your packages will arrive shortly.

Cancellation and Returns

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "  being processed  " before 24 hours

Can I cancel my order ?

It is only possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

However, we can refund you once the item is returned. (see the article on returns below)

Also be aware that if the item has not reached you within 30 days of your order date, you are perfectly entitled to ask us for a refund.

I want to return an item

At PaddyCorkscrew , you have 1 year to change your mind.

However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Also note that the return costs are your responsibility .

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment.

However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to  contact@paddycorkscrew.com

Accompany this photo with your order number.

How can I order a product?

At PaddyCorkscrew, we make your purchases as easy as possible.

Select the desired product (s), Click on “add to cart”, Click on the cart icon at the top right (your “cart”) to finalize your purchases.

We also offer you the option to create an account to make the process even easier.

Can I combine my discount codes?

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one and unique reduction code per order.
